She Writer

She traveled, through the narrow corners of her psyche Through the deep realms of her mind Too tired, fears numbed her senses She mumbled a few words Whacked, cracked, and wracked She felt completely burnt out Some said she is mad " Beware of a woman, who writes and reads a lot" "It can even cause a mental breakdown" She felt like a prisoner of the prejudiced world Stained with ink Words bleed, filled the blank pieces of paper There she found her voice Found her, self again Slowly, she endowed with strength She confessed, innermost vibes of her heart When reality struck her with a pointed knife, She closed the doors of outer world Explored the inner realms of life To breathe the fresh air of hope, she builds a room of her own.
